BCG Casey practiceChatbot Case Complete
For anyone with a BCG online case invitation and a few days to prepare
Candidates report that in BCG's chatbot case every answer is final and the result is pass or fail. Chatbot Case Complete gives you 20 timed chatbot cases where every answer comes back with its points and its working, before the one that counts.
One payment, lifetime access. Full refund within 7 days if you've opened 3 cases or fewer (the free demo case counts).

Part 2Why Casey catches prepared people out
It only goes forward. Candidates report
Questions arrive one at a time and a submitted answer can't be changed.
A clock, exhibits, and no interviewer. BCG says
BCG says about 30 minutes. Charts open beside the chat while the clock runs, and nobody tells you when your structure drifts.
Pass or fail, nothing else. Candidates report
Candidates report no breakdown. You never learn which answer cost you.
BCG publishes the length, language and chatbot format; the rest is candidate-reported. Sources in our Casey guide, checked 23 September 2026.
If you've done case interviews and still lost the thread at question six, that isn't a gap in you. An interviewer tells you when you're off track. Casey doesn't.
Part 3The method
Chatbot Case Complete is where you do all three: 20 cases, each ending with its breakdown.

Part 6What comes with Complete
A plan to your test date.
Tell us your date and minutes a day. You get foundations, the free case, then your Complete cases one by one, and a checklist for the evening before (calculator rule from your invite, camera check, no new cases).
For when you're thinking: “I only have three days.”
Open the planCasey math warm-ups.
50 drills each on percentages, margin, growth rate, unit economics and break-even, the skills the plan drills for BCG.
For when you're thinking: “One slip in the math and the case is gone.”
Try a drillThe 60-second video rep.
Every case ends with the recorded video step: one take in exam mode, the way most candidates report the real test. Then you replay it and check three things: the decision in the first 10 seconds, three reasons each with a number from the case, one next step at the close. Our guide has the 10/35/15-second script.
For when you're thinking: “The camera at the end will throw me.”
Read the script guideThe plan, the warm-ups and the video guide are free to everyone on DrillCase; the video step is part of every case. What Complete adds is your 20 cases slotted into the plan. We list them because they're how Complete is meant to be used, and we don't put a price on them.
Checkout by Polar. Your 20 cases unlock as soon as payment is confirmed.
What the plan drills for BCG, before your cases
Who builds this
DrillCase is an independent practice site, founded in 2026. We don't publish ratings or pass rates, and we won't invent reviews. That's why a whole case is free to play.
Answer first, check second.
Sorry for the late reply to this one. Short version: passed Casey, finished final rounds in Dallas last week, offer came this morning. So, well.
Longer version: five days before the deadline, my wife found me at the kitchen table at 11pm doing long division on a napkin, telling her I should withdraw. Three years at a Big 4 firm and I was falling apart on typed math.
The feedback on case 4 (which I blew completely) was blunt: over-structuring, under-calculating. Answer first, check second. By case 6 it clicked. Got through 9 of the 20.
I still have the napkin.
What fixed it: your explanations show every calc step, so I started writing each step on paper before typing.
It went well, and my first-round invite came through this week! A few notes in case they help other people:
- • I had 3 days from invite to deadline. BCG's own sample felt nothing like the real chatbot.
- • Night one (on a different site) I forgot to multiply revenue by the number of stores, and everything from Q6 on was wrong. Scariest moment of recruiting so far.
- • What fixed it: your explanations show every calc step, so I started writing each step on paper before typing. Case 3 was clean. On case 5 I caught my own slip.
- • Mine allowed an on-screen calculator, fyi.
Thanks for building this. I'm telling my whole section.
The sample answers were the most useful part.
Passed, live interview Thursday. The sample answers were the most useful part. I was basically writing essays to a chatbot. Would love per-question timers.

Part 7Chatbot Case Complete · one payment
Why $199, once? It's in the middle of what Casey simulators cost elsewhere, and candidates reapply. If you do, you don't pay again.
A case-coaching session cost about $60 to $430 at the coaching sites we checked on 26 Sep 2026.

Before you buy
No. DrillCase is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Boston Consulting Group. BCG doesn't publish its Casey cases, so no practice tool can promise the case you'll get.
It has the delivery candidates report: a chatbot thread, exhibits beside it, a running clock, one question at a time with no going back, and the answer formats they describe. BCG doesn't publish its cases or scoring, so no practice tool can promise identical content.
Choice and numeric answers are checked against the key; in a multi-select, each wrong pick cancels half of a correct one. Written answers under 15 words score 0; a full answer earns half marks, plus the rest for covering the key ideas in the model answer. The video isn't scored. Treat the score as a guide to what to practise, not a prediction.
Our cases run 5 to 15 questions, so we give a little more room. Aim to finish inside 30 and you've practised the real pace.
Yes. Every case, including the free one, ends with the video step: 60 seconds to prepare, then recording starts on its own for 60 seconds. Exam mode gives you one take, which is what most prep sites now report for the real video step; coach mode lets you retake it. It is not graded: you replay your take and check it for the answer first, three reasons each with a number, and a next step.
Complete: yes, in full within 7 days if you've opened 3 cases or fewer (the free Union Commercial Bank case counts). Starter is final sale, because the cases and answer keys open in full when you pay, so play the Union Commercial Bank case free first, on the same engine. A duplicate purchase is always refunded; if you paid and never got access, we fix it or refund you.
Starter ($99, 1 year) has 14 cases; it's cheaper per case and enough for one short window. Complete ($199, lifetime) adds 6 cases and never expires, for longer runs or a second cycle.
All-Access ($250) opens all 29 Casey-style cases plus McKinsey Solve-style and Bain-style practice, with a 7-day refund. If BCG is your only test, Complete is enough.
Two timed cases a day is about 2 hours with review. Start with the free case tonight. If that already feels familiar, Starter may be enough.
Candidates report one is allowed, and some mention Excel, but BCG hasn't published a Casey rule. Follow your invitation. Our plan's checklist asks you to set up whatever it allows.
No. One payment. Nothing renews.
Reviews, yes: emails from paying users, published word for word with their permission. Pass rates, no. We have no independent data on how users do on the real Casey, so we quote none.
You pay on Polar and return to DrillCase. Once payment is confirmed, your 20 cases unlock on the practice page. Start with one you haven't seen, on the clock.
Not sure your invitation means Casey? Decode it free: pick the test it names, see its clock, and get a plan to your test date.

Your invitation gives you a few days, and candidates report no second try at Casey. Every case you play before then is an answer you get to check. That's the only deadline on this page.
