The method, in 4 steps
0–10 s: the answer
The decision and the one number that justifies it. No greeting, no background.
10–45 s: three reasons
Each one sentence or two, each with a number from the case. Three reasons that don't overlap.
45–60 s: risk and next step
The biggest risk, and one concrete action that tests or reduces it.

Circle the decision, write the three numbers, say your first sentence under your breath.
