Some Bain invitations name TestGorilla instead of Sova. Its rules are stricter, and they reward a plan. Know them before you press start and you spend the clock on questions, not on surprises.

Lengths and topics are TestGorilla's own listings. CaseBasix reports three or four sections of 8 to 15 minutes in Bain's version; that is a candidate report, not Bain policy.

Read the invitation for the deadline and tools. Laptop, Chrome (Bain's recommended browser), one monitor, camera on, a quiet room. Then one 9-to-12-minute block of each skill, logging seconds per question.
Two timed blocks of the skill that cost you most. Answer every question once and move on, as if there were no review screen, because there isn't.
